Welcome to aspestos.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) and Aspestos (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please thoroughly review these Terms before accessing or utilizing our website or services. By visiting the site, registering an account, or proceeding with a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Authorized Use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this website and make purchases. You commit to using the website exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner that will not damage, disable, overburden, or otherwise impair the website or interfere with any other party’s enjoyment.

Prohibited activities include: unauthorized system access, deploying automated bots or scrapers, engaging in fraudulent transactions, distributing malicious code, or any activity that compromises website security.

2. Account Responsibilities

When registering an account with Aspestos, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions executed under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@aspestos.com if you suspect any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

All orders placed are subject to our internal review and acceptance. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We reserve the absolute right to cancel any orders that appear to be fraudulent, involve incorrect pricing due to error, or violate these Terms.

Payments are securely handled via trusted third-party processors; Aspestos does not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Handling Time: Orders are meticulously processed and dispatched for shipment within 1 business day following payment confirmation.
• Transit Time: Most packages are expected to arrive within 2–4 business days via reliable carriers such as UPS or FedEx Ground.
• Shipping Coverage: We strictly ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or any international locations.
• Risk of Loss: The title and risk of loss transfer to you, the customer, once the package is officially marked as delivered by the designated carrier.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Lost in Transit: If your order appears to be lost in transit, you must notify us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate a formal carrier investigation.
• Damaged Shipments: For damaged shipments, you must send clear photographic evidence to support@aspestos.com within 72 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund where deemed appropriate.
• Disclaimer: We are not liable for packages that are correctly delivered but to an incorrect address provided by the customer during checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Process: To start a return, contact us at support@aspestos.com and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.
• Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product received was defective or incorrect due to our error.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by our team. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the refund.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are only available for items that are defective, the wrong size, or incorrect items shipped by our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content present on the Aspestos website—including all product images, designs, graphics, logos, and text—is the sole property of Aspestos and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works without our explicit written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the website will be free from harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aspestos is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is expressly limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aspestos and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Virginia. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

12. Modifications
