At aspestos.com we understand that mistakes happen or plans change. This Cancel & Change Order Policy explains when and how you may request order modifications or cancellations. All procedures below align with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
1. Order Processing Timeline
To enable fast delivery, orders follow these processing rules:
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days
- Transit Time: 2–6 business days
- Order Cut-Off: 5:00 PM EST
- Fulfillment & Shipping Days: Monday – Friday
- Customer Support Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (Mon–Sat)
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Because processing begins quickly, changes and cancellations are time-sensitive.
2. Eligibility for Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation only if your order has not entered fulfillment. Orders cannot be canceled if:
- Item has been picked, packed, or prepared for shipment
- A tracking number has been generated
- The package has been handed to the carrier
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@aspestos.com. We will try to honor requests submitted within the first few hours after purchase, but cancellations are not guaranteed.
3. Order Change Requests (Address, Item, Size, Color)
Changes—including address updates, variant swaps, or adding/removing items—must be requested before the order enters the shipping workflow. If the order is already in fulfillment or shipped, changes are not possible.
If we cannot update your order you may wait for delivery and then use our free 60-day return process. Refunds are processed within up to 10 days after approval.
4. Wrong Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided:
- We may attempt to update it if the order is not yet fulfilled
- If already shipped, we cannot change the address
- Returned packages due to address errors may incur reshipment fees
- If a package cannot be recovered, customers may need to repurchase
5. Orders Already Shipped
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified. You may either accept delivery or refuse it; after delivery you may return the item via our standard return process.
Returns are free and refunds are issued within up to 10 days after approval.
6. Out-of-Stock or Fulfillment Errors (Store-Initiated Cancellations)
If an item becomes unavailable or a fulfillment error occurs, aspestos.com may cancel the affected portion of the order. We will notify you by email and issue a full refund for canceled items within up to 10 days.
7. Fraud Prevention & Safety Checks
Orders may be held or canceled if flagged by our fraud prevention systems (e.g., mismatched billing/shipping info, suspicious payment activity). We will contact you to verify information when needed.
