1. ORDERING
1.1 How do I place an order?
Add any item to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the steps to enter shipping and payment information. Once the order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
1.2 What payment methods do you accept?

1.3 Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email is automatically sent after you complete checkout. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder or contact support.
2. SHIPPING
2.1 What are your handling and shipping times?
Handling Time: 1–2 business days
Transit Time: 2–6 business days
Fulfillment Days: Monday–Friday
Order Cut-Off: 5:00 PM EST
Orders placed before 5 PM EST are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 5 PM, or on weekends/holidays, are processed the next business day.
2.2 Which carriers do you use?
We ship using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on location and carrier availability.
2.3 Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
2.4 How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
2.5 My package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Please check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, and building management first.
If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier directly for delivery verification and then email us for assistance.
3. CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDERS
3.1 Can I cancel my order?
Yes—only if the order has not entered fulfillment. Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
3.2 Can I change my shipping address or items?
Yes, modifications are possible before the order enters fulfillment. Once prepared or shipped, no changes can be made.
3.3 What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us immediately. If the order has not been fulfilled, we can update it.
If it has already shipped, we cannot modify the address and cannot guarantee recovery.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
4.1 What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return window, giving customers plenty of time to evaluate their purchase.
4.2 Are there any return or restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any return, processing, or restocking fees.
4.3 How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within up to 10 days after the return is approved.
4.4 How do I start a return?

4.5 What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item according to our policy.
