Aspestos.com ships within the United States, including:
- The contiguous 48 states
- Alaska & Hawaii
- APO / FPO / DPO addresses (when supported)
- U.S. territories (limited availability)
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders go through verification, payment confirmation, quality control, packaging, and carrier transfer.

9. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Aspestos.com is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Returned orders require reshipment fees.
10. Delivery Delays & External Factors
Weather, carrier issues, holidays, incorrect addresses, natural disasters, or high seasonal volume may cause delays. These delays are not grounds for cancellation once shipped.
11. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
11.1 Marked Delivered but Not Received
Check the delivery area, neighbors, and contact the carrier. If still missing, reach out to us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
11.2 Lost Packages
If the carrier marks a package as lost, we may issue a refund or replacement.
11.3 Stolen Packages
Stolen packages after delivery confirmation are customer responsibility. We may help case-by-case but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
12. Damaged Packages
If your package is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We may replace or refund depending on evaluation.
13. Multiple Item Orders
Items may ship separately based on availability or warehouse distribution. No extra shipping cost will apply.
14. Pre-Orders & Backorders
Pre-order and backorder items ship once restocked and processed. Split shipments are offered at no extra fee.
15. Holiday Season & Special Events
During high-volume events like Christmas, Black Friday, and national sales events, delivery times may be extended.
16. Shipping Policy Updates
Aspestos.com may revise this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately once posted.
